Monument Technology named Banking Tech Start-Up of the Year

Monument Technology was launched in 2023 as an independent venture to license the banking platform we built to power Monument Bank's success. Other financial institutions wanted access to the same platform, and now it's available as a Banking-Platform-as-a-Service to banks, building societies and other financial institutions looking to build and transform their operations.

What the award recognises

The Banking Tech Awards celebrate excellence and innovation across the global banking and fintech ecosystem. The Start-up of the Year category looks at emerging technology providers making genuine contributions to banking innovation.

Judges evaluated entries against detailed criteria including strategic rationale, technology strength, team delivery and measurable client results. The judging panel highlighted the clarity of Monument Technology's proposition, the maturity of the technology and the early client outcomes achieved.
